Not necessarily. There are WiFi versions and WiFi + 3G versions available too. The new Motorola Xoom 2 is also out but only in WiFi models. If you need Motorola Xoom / Xoom 2 without contract / unlocked cheaper, you can mail me to manchurianp@yahoo.com
