Question by YaNkEes!!!: Do you need something extra with an old xbox for the kinect?
I keep hearing that if you have one of the old 360′s, that you need to have some kind of extra power adapter. Is this true? If it is, where do I get it at?

You do, but the Kinect sold by itself for $ 150 comes with it. The one bundled with the slim 360s doesn’t because they have a built in power supply for it. If you were trying to use one of those on an older 360, you would need to buy the extra adapter. If not, you have nothing to worry about.
The power adapter comes with the Kinect as well as the USB cable you need to connect the Kinect the old Xbox 360 console.
