i have a xbox kinect bundle and i wanna know how the long xbox live membership is?

What do you mean how long? You are given the Free membership level on any Xbox Live account regardless of what 360 model you have. You have to pay for a Gold subscription like everyone else. Each 360 comes with a free 1-month trial of Gold and the Holiday bundles come with a 3-month subscription card.
