If it doesn’t work on your phone even though it has a gyroscope I won’t help you either. I’m not sure if I still have the source.

That’s ok. But what you showed in the video can be made with accelerometer feature, because you rotate it with respect to gravitation. If you rotated jt with respect to its internal gyroscope device, it would have been clear demonstration of gyroscope feature. For example, rotate it by 360 degrees by keeping your display up. Gravitation will apply from back side all the time, but however gyroscope will also be able to detect the motion.
No, it’s definitely the gyroscope because it works in any position. Also because I programmed it to specifically use the gyroscope instead of the accelerometer.
It seems to be an accelerometer, not a gyroscope.
