This is a video of Youtuber TheMiro59 constructing and test-flying his custom built radio controlled USS Enterprise. It has light effects and everything. Unfortunately, it’s not the best flyer, but hey — neither am I.
PILOT: Attention all passengers, this is your captain speaking. ME: HOLY SHIT, WE’RE ALL GONNA DIE. Mayday, Mayday! *downs airplane bottle, braces for impact*
Hit the jump for the video, but skip around after the 3:00 mark to see the test flights.
Every week, a new and interesting human being tackles our decidedly geeky take on the Proustian Q&A. This is the Engadget Questionnaire.
In the return edition of our regular session of inquiry, Moog Music product manager Amos Gaynes discusses sound synthesis, tolerance for poor battery life and shares his love for BB10. For the entire collection of answers, take a quick leap to the other side of the break.

These are a pair of Batman symbol wall bookshelves crafted by Etsy Seller Fahmi Sani of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He was selling them in his shop a week ago for around $ 285, but he got such a response that he’s pulled them from his store while he fulfills his current orders. And you know what that means! “It’s time to jump on Etsy and start sell our own really shitty version ASAP.” You know it! You get started on the Etsy shop, I’ll be in the garage chopping all my fingers off with a jigsaw.

Question by Stephen: Is there going to a iphone 4g released in the Summer? I have so many rumours of a iphone 4G coming out this Summer….does anyone know if this is true? Anyone know any inside knowledge of this becoming reality?
If so I would be so delighted and excited. Please let this be true! What can we expect on the new iphone if it were to come out.

Answer by Apple MacsterWell, unfortunately, nobody can set in stone any information, but we can speculate and make predictions about what Cupertino will be turning out…. but seriously, the chances of a 4G iPhone are very high, seeing as Apple usually updates their product lines quite often…. and in the case of the iPhone, apple has done a refresh EVERY YEAR since 2007 in the June-July area….. and I too am anticipating and waiting to purchase a 4G iPhone as well! Hope this helps! And remember, an Apple a day keeps Windows away! Best regards, AppleMacster

Related Posts:T-Mobile has already made an odd pair of decisions around its approach to the Nexus 4, namely its choices to ask $ 200 on contract and $ 500 up-front for a smartphone that costs $ 349 unlocked. It might be time to add a third quirk to the list, if a forgivable (and not entirely surprising) one. The carrier has confirmed to TmoNews that it won’t be offering WiFi calling through its edition of Google’s flagship; if cost or coverage makes cellular voice a scarce resource, VoIP might be the only viable backup. We weren’t assuming that T-Mobile would suddenly layer the Nexus 4 in custom features when the very point is to run an unspoiled Android 4.2, but the strategy leaves us even less of an incentive to submit to long-term commitments when a virtually identical, unfettered Google Play model beckons. November 13th is looking better every day.

Also, I know for sure it’s not going black because of some sort of battery issue. It’s just going to sleep, or something similar to that.

Apple’s broad cross-licensing agreement with Microsoft has been common knowledge for over a decade, but we’ve been able to extract some previously unknown details of the agreement from today’s testimony in the Apple v. Samsung trial. Apple’s director of patent licensing and strategy, Boris Teksler, testified that while the licensing agreement between the companies broadly covers technical and design patents, it does still provide some protection against verbatim copying of products in the form of an “anti-cloning” provision. Teksler specifically stated the following:
