This is a line of officially licensed Star Trek footed pajama onsies from Jumpin’ Jammerz, which I’m going to go ahead and assume was named in the 90′s. You can pick from command gold, engineering (aka ‘deathwish’) red, or engineering blue, and each one will set you back $ 65. Then you can run around the house pretending to be part of the Enterprise crew while your kids beg you to stop and please not do that while they have friends over for a sleepover.
Thanks to my lost uncle Evil Ares, who I suspect is just PRETENDING to be my lost uncle because he didn’t remember the secret family handshake when I tried to give it to him.
Question by surfoz5: What are the best things about the new Sony walkman X series? If you have a sony walkman X series or have been on one, what did you like about it? and what did you think was interesting or clever?
Best answer:
Answer by LakeI haven’t had to chance to use it much, but the OLED screen is pretty impressive. Other than that, it’s more or less an iPod Touch and in the same price range. On the plus side, it comes with premium noise-cancelling headphones, which can be very pricey. It also comes with 100 free songs from Sony’s music store. That’s nearly a hundred dollar bonus in itself.
IDK if Best Buy has them in the store or if they’re going to. Check them out at SonyStyle.com and read reviews there.

Samsung has just days to go before the Series 5 Slate (and ATIV Smart PC) arrives hand-in-hand with the official launch of Windows 8, so we’re surprised that it’s been waiting so long to clear the usual regulatory hurdles in the US. Just in the nick of time, though, the 11-inch tablet has passed by the FCC for approval. There’s no hidden surprises to go with the testing — this is the regular Series 5 with Bluetooth and dual-band WiFi, but no visible NFC or the AT&T model’s LTE. As such, we’re more curious about when Samsung’s Series 7 Slate and Series 5 Ultra Touch reach the FCC’s doors. They’ll likely arrive soon, but any significant delay could put them on the sidelines for Microsoft’s big moment.

Buy Now From AMAZON US is.gd Customer Reviews: “This is the coolest fastest lightest machine out there. I see mac users being jealous of this gorgeous design. But what is the best for me is the speed with which it starts up. No more ten minute boot times! it is like an ipad- right back there on the internet when you wake it from its slumber- but so much more functional for work. The touchpad scroll feature is also nice once you learn to use it. And it is easy to blow stuff up with the elan multitouch- which is good because the default font is pretty tiny- though quite sharp. The external bluetooth mouse works great. The sound is okay- though not brilliant- but fine for listening to while working. All in all, well worth the 1400. So,so much better than my Thinkpad!I have now had this machine four months and I am still delighted with it. The wireless mouse I bought separately solves all trackpad problems (I kind of hate trackpads anyway; that’s the main reason I bought Thinkpads for the last decade), the wireless reception has always been faultless, and it still boots quickly. My only reservation is that the battery life is nowhere near advertised- I would say four hours. And you can’t add accessory batteries or swap them out. SO not great for overseas travel unless there is juice available, which alas my budget seats do not provide. I do not need the extra hard disk storage others complain about, but if I did, I would just get an external drive.” “I love the Samsung Series …

Related Posts:Samsung teased a Series 7 all-in-one running Windows 8 — on a 10-point touch display — at Computex in June, and today the machine gets official with pricing and specs. The Series 7 will be available in 23- and 27-inch flavors, both of which run Microsoft’s latest OS on a 1080p screen. The setup includes a redesigned keyboard, which is small enough to tuck under the display’s metal stand, and the AIOs will support gesture recognition. The 23-inch Series 7 costs $ 1,099 and runs a Core i5 CPU with 6GB of RAM, 1TB of storage and Intel Graphics 4000. The 27-inch model offers a Core i7 processor, 8GB of RAM, 1TB of storage and a 16GB graphics card, all for $ 1,699.
In addition to refreshing its Series 7 machines, Samsung is introducing the 21.5-inch Series 5 all-in-one, which it describes as a “kitchen-style PC.” Its legs are on either end of the display, leaving room to stow the keyboard under the screen and freeing up your desk (or counter) space. The Series 5 will go for $ 749, and it includes a Core i3 processor, 4GB of RAM and 500GB of storage. All three AIOs will go on sale October 26th. You know the drill — head past the break for our hands-on photos.
